Watermelon Tuna

Ingredients
- ½ watermelon
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp freshly chopped ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 sheets of nori
- Spring onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Peel and cut watermelon into steaks.
- Blend all the other ingredients into a paste.
- Now marinade watermelon in paste and leave for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 180°C and roast watermelon for 40 minutes.
- Once cooked sear on a BBQ or in a pan.
- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
