Tahini & Yoghurt Sauce
A tangy sauce to serve with our Aubergine, Tomato & Pine Kernel Rolls. Also great served with falafel.

Ingredients
- 2 rounded tbsp light tahini
- 5 rounded tbsp plain soya yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 rounded tsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and blend them with a handblender.
2. Serve the sauce in a little bowl, or spoon over your food.
