Ingredients
1-2 pots of ready-made pasta salad that is vegan
Plus optional extras
- Nutritional yeast flakes (take a little to work in a small container or freezer bag)
- Toasted seeds or nuts
- Green salad
- Grated or finely chopped veg, ready-made
- A dollop of vegan pesto from a jar, eg Sacla free-from; Zest; Meridian brands – you’ll find at least one of these in a decent-sized supermarket
- Ready-cooked green soya beans or lentils
- Marinated tofu pieces (Cauldron) or similar
Instructions
1. Open the pot.
2. Mix in any extras you’re using or serve them on the side.
3. Eat!
