Ingredients

1-2 pots of ready-made pasta salad that is vegan

Plus optional extras

  • Nutritional yeast flakes (take a little to work in a small container or freezer bag)
  • Toasted seeds or nuts
  • Green salad
  • Grated or finely chopped veg, ready-made
  • A dollop of vegan pesto from a jar, eg Sacla free-from; Zest; Meridian brands – you’ll find at least one of these in a decent-sized supermarket
  • Ready-cooked green soya beans or lentils
  • Marinated tofu pieces (Cauldron) or similar

Instructions

1. Open the pot.

2. Mix in any extras you’re using or serve them on the side.

3. Eat!
