- 200g frozen mango chunks or other frozen fruit of your choice
- 6 tbsp natural vegan yoghurt
- Juice 1 lime or ½ lemon
- Pinch salt (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp syrup (eg agave or maple etc) (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Serving suggestions: chopped mixed nuts, coconut flakes, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh mint, granola, hemp seeds, vegan choc chips
