Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (use fresh or frozen depending on whether you prefer cold smoothies… you might need to add a little plant milk if using frozen to help with blending)
  • 1 cup kale, stalks removed
  • 4 inch/10cm cucumber
  • 2-3 dates, stones removed

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
