- 1 ripe banana (use fresh or frozen depending on whether you prefer cold smoothies… you might need to add a little plant milk if using frozen to help with blending)
- 1 cup kale, stalks removed
- 4 inch/10cm cucumber
- 2-3 dates, stones removed
