Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients
2 heaped tablespoons of soya or rice protein powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
5 tablespoons chia seeds
A handful of blueberries
1tablespoon ground flax seed
2 cups almond milk
2 bananas
Instructions
- Blend the almond milk, 1 banana, protein powder and cacao
- Mix the chia seeds into the almond milk mixture
- Pour into 2 bowls.
- Stir well to break up any clumps of the seeds.
- Chill for at least 8 hours
- Chop the remaining banana, put the banana and the berries on top of the pudding
- Sprinkle on the flax seed.
Optional extras / notes
8 hours chilling time required (overnight works fine)
