Ingredients
- ½ x tin (400g/14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp nut butter of your choice
- 2-3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 100g/½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 330ml/1⅓ cup plant milk (soya milk has the highest protein content)
- 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
