Caramel Sauce
You can use this classic sauce in recipes or as a drizzle or topping for ice creams and desserts 🙂

Ingredients
- 140g/½ cup syrup (eg maple or agave)
- 120g/½ cup smooth nut butter (we use cashew)
- 50g/¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients together in a small saucepan and simmer until combined. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
