Ingredients

  • ½ ripe banana
  • 50g/¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½-1 tbsp frozen strawberries, raspberries, cherries or other berries of your choice
  • 60g/¼ cup frozen peas (you won’t taste them – trust us!)
  • 1 tsp nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tsp (heaped) raw cacao powder or vegan cocoa powder
  • ½ date (ideally Medjool), stone removed
  • 125ml/½ cup unsweetened plant milk
  • ½ tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1-2 tbsp frozen strawberries, raspberries, cherries or other berries of your choice
  • 115g/½ cup frozen peas (you won’t taste them – trust us!)
  • 2 tsp nut butter of your choice
  • 2 tsp (heaped) raw cacao powder or vegan cocoa powder
  • 1 date (ideally Medjool), stone removed
  • 250ml/1 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 1½-3 tbsp frozen strawberries, raspberries, cherries or other berries of your choice
  • 180g/¾ cup frozen peas (you won’t taste them – trust us!)
  • 3 tsp nut butter of your choice
  • 3 tsp (heaped) raw cacao powder or vegan cocoa powder
  • 1½ date (ideally Medjool), stone removed
  • 375ml/1½ cups unsweetened plant milk
  • 1½ tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200g/1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 tbsp frozen strawberries, raspberries, cherries or other berries of your choice
  • 230g/1½ cups frozen peas (you won’t taste them – trust us!)
  • 6 tsp nut butter of your choice
  • 6 tsp (heaped) raw cacao powder or vegan cocoa powder
  • 3 dates (ideally Medjool), stone removed
  • 500ml/2 cups unsweetened plant milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
