Bean Burger Supermarket Supper
Bean burgers are sold by just every supermarket including the budget chains like Aldi and they are nearly always vegan. This is a simple, fling it together supper from ready-made or ready-prepped products. Most of them are spicy and with Mexican spices but there are other types now, including the Indian lentil version from Sainsbury’s.
GF option? Amy’s Kitchen brand carries some in its range. Try Holland & Barrett or Ocado. Alternatively, try Goodlife brand or Georgia’s Choice Mexican Bake from Morrison’s
(Like most things, home-made are nicest and also very cheap to make so if you have 20 minutes to spare make our delicious and easy beanburger recipe instead!)
