Avocado Dip/Guacamole
One of the easiest recipes in the world – just make sure the avocados are nice and ripe – buying the ‘ready to eat’ packs is usually a help.
Lovely with a veggie chilli or on toast or with pitta or tortilla chips – the perfect snack food!
For simple variations, just add any/all of the following: diced tomato; finely chopped fresh coriander; a little chopped fresh red chilli (de-seeded) Mmmm!

Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small ripe avocadoes
- Few drops of fresh lime juice, to taste
- Half clove garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Peel and mash avocado with a fork.
2. Add a little garlic and lime juice and salt – too much garlic can kill the taste of the avocado, so adjust carefully.
