- 100ml plain vegan yogurt (50 cals)
- 100g chopped banana (95 cals)
- 70g chopped strawberries (20 cals)
- 50g blueberries (29 cals)
- 2 almonds, chopped – (4g) (35 cals)
Instructions
Mix everything together and serve.
