Vegan Back(yards) BBQ is Headding to London This July

From 12-20 July, Cowcross Yards in Farringdon to transform into the ultimate summertime backyard, inviting Londoners on their lunch to sit back, relax, and indulge in a plant-based BBQ experience.

Just a stone’s throw from Farringdon station is one of the most talked about foodie hotspots in central London – Cowcross Yards. This July, teaming up once again with street-food pioneers KERB, Cowcross is set to host London’s first plant-based BBQ experience, to encompass those chilled-out summertime vibes, so anyone can have a taste of summer on their lunch break.

Londoners, families, and workers alike can relax in the newly transformed plant-based paradise, boasting grassy spaces, picnic tables, moo print bunting galore and deck chairs. A classic British summertime social with a twist.

Not just for vegans

Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or flexitarian, everyone can enjoy some delicious plant-based options hot off the grill. The back(Yards) BBQ will provide an exciting discovery of vegan and veggie food, to be enjoyed by all who are curious. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the growing popularity and diversity of vegan alternatives, created with passion and culinary expertise. Kings of global cuisines KERB will be putting on the BBQ as well as an unmatched selection of vegan and vegetarian traders who will serve up a selection of mouth-watering dishes.

There will be 20 free lunches to be won every day of the activation, first come first served. So get your skates on! Head down to Cowcross Yards this July to enjoy a delicious burger that’s good for your pocket and good for the planet.

Traders on the hotlist for the four day extravaganza will be announced in the coming weeks!

The unmissable Vegan Back[yard] BBQ will run for 4 days in July: 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th, from 11:30am – 2:30pm.
