Squeaky Bean Releases Scrumptious New Vegan Frozen Range

Move over chicken nuggets, goujon be-gone! Time to stash your freezer with the brand-new Squeaky Bean vegan Chicken Style Breaded Nuggets, Breaded Dippers and Hot & Spicy Poppers. The brand’s first frozen range guarantees mealtime solutions in minutes and is perfect for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike, there is something for everyone!

Squeaky Bean, known for sandwich slices with impressive taste and texture, has created three new moreish recipes. Chicken-style pieces are coated in crispy, golden breadcrumbs and can be oven-cooked from frozen in just 10 minutes, making mid-week dinners a breeze and feel-good party food fun.

Made with wheat, soya and pea protein coated in crispy golden breadcrumbs and deep-frozen for convenience; nuggets are low in saturated fat and a source of protein. Squeaky Bean, Breaded Dippers (275g RRP: £3.00 242, kcals per 100g)
These delicious Squeaky Bean dippers hold their outer crispiness and inner texture – even after being dipped in all the sauces! The perfect party food for adults and kids alike, enjoy them in a wrap, or as a snack; serve up in a paper bag with all the dips; ketchup, mustard or mayo. Dippers are a source of protein and are low in saturated fat. (7.9g protein, 1.3g saturated fat, per 100g).

Squeaky Bean Breaded Hot & Spicy Poppers (275g RRP: £3.00, 225 kcals per 100g) Serve up as an appetizer with nachos and dips for a great BBQ warm-up dish; Squeaky Bean Hot & Spicy Poppers are crispy and well-seasoned. Made with vegetable protein, chicken flavoured, coated in breadcrumbs and seasoned with a delicious blend of spices including pepper, garlic, cayenne and paprika.
