Plant-based restaurant Mildreds announces third cookbook
Plant-based restaurant group, Mildreds, is delighted to announce the arrival of its third cookbook, Mildreds Easy Vegan. Drawing on their wealth of experience and creativity in vegan cooking, the new cookbook brings together an incredible collection of more than 100 recipes, each one accessible, delicious and, above all, easy.
Brought to life by Head of Food Development, Sarah Wasserman, and Senior Food Development Chef, Alessandra Malacarne, the 115 recipes offer a perfect way to introduce more plants into meals, whether you follow a completely vegan diet or not. Drawing inspiration from the wealth of amazing vegetarian and plant-based cooking across the globe, Mildreds Easy Vegan reflects the breath of international influence, showcasing the freshest, most vibrant and flavoursome ingredients available in plant-based cooking. A reflection of the authors’ home cooking style, the new cookbook offers punchy restaurant flavours and presentation, but in a quick, simple, and approachable way.
