New Vegan Fish Range By Squeaky Bean To Hit Supermarket Shelves

A brand-new vegan fish-style range by Squeaky Bean is due to hit supermarket shelves. The release will include Beechwood Smoked Salmon Style Slices and Tuna Style Flakes.

Squeaky Bean® is making a splash with the launch of its first-ever fish alternatives: vegan smoked salmon-style slices and tuna-style flakes. You can now load your New York-style bagel with smoky slices, or welcome guests with smoked salmon-style blinis, as Squeaky Bean’s vegan smoked salmon joins the party. The Squeaky Bean Beechwood Smoked Salmon Style Slices are promised as sophisticated as smoked salmon; with the same silky-smooth texture and smokiness of flavour yet made with 100% vegan ingredients.

Made with plant-based ingredients including root vegetables and smoked in Beechwood just like salmon, Squeaky Bean Beechwood Smoked Salmon Style Slices are also a source of fibre, naturally low in saturated fat and only 68 kcals per 100g.

The new Tuna Style Flakes are not only vegan, high in protein and low in saturated fat but also a source of Omega 3. So if it’s tuna you’ll miss, with the same meaty texture and flavour, yet made with 100% vegan ingredients, there’s never been an easier plant-based swap.

Ready-to-eat, you can mix them with some sweetcorn and vegan mayo for an easy and convenient sandwich filler, or try them in a pasta bake for a family-pleasing, vegan dinner.

Made with plant-based ingredients, including wheat protein and carrot concentrate, these flakes are naturally low in saturated fat and only 194 kcals per 100g.

Availability

The new Squeaky Bean Beechwood Smoked Salmon Style Slices (80g) will be available in Waitrose from 20th September and Sainsbury’s from 27th September (RRP £3.50), while the new Squeaky Bean Tuna Style Flakes (120g) are available in Sainsbury’s nationwide from 27th Sainsbury’s (RRP £3.25).
