Manchester’s GRUB Fair to host a Vegan Pizza Festival this May

Manchester’s GRUB Fair at The Red Bank Project, a temporary creative space closby the Green Quarter, will be hosting a fully plant-based Pizza Festival at the end of this month.

Offerings will feature scrumptious selections from 5 different food traders and include a 100% vegan bar serving refreshments from local vegan friendly breweries.

According to the GRUB webpage, you’ll be albe to enjoy pizza delights from:

• Bakehouse 32 serving New York style slices
• Four Side Vegan Pizza serving Detroit style pizza
• Lucky Mama’s serving traditional Roman pizza plus freshly made pasta
• Marley’s Pizza serving authentic Neapolitan style wood fired pizza
• Paradiso Authentic Italian serving vegan tiramisú and other desserts

The event will take place form 12pm on Sunday, 29th May 2022 at Red Bank Project, 50 Redbank, M4 4HF and booking is advised.
