Just Egg to launch in European Market

American mung-bean whizzards Eat Just, manufacturers of the infamous, plant-based ‘Just Egg’, have received approval from the European Commission to launch it’s product in the E.U. market.

The vegan egg-like solutions have been praised for looking, cooking, and tasting like chicken egg, but without containing any animal derived ingredients.

According to Green Queen Media, Eat Just is now collaborating with the consultancy and clinical research providers at Analyze & Realize GmbH on its European Commission and EFSA submissions, and is working with the U.K.’s Food Standards Agency to achieve further regulatory approval.
