Israeli Startup bring Vegan Eggs to US Restaurants

Vegan Egg to launch in U.S.

Plant-based Israeli food tech startup Yo! Egg has announced it’s launch into U.S. restaurants.

Their self-proclaimed world’s first vegan sunny-side-up and poached eggs are already a hit at Israeli breakfast chains, as well as in Google and Facebook offices, hotels and other foodservice outlets in Israel.

Company CEO Eran Groner explains to Tech Crunch: “Our vision is to create the world’s largest egg company, not egg alternative company, and not the largest plant-based egg company, but the largest egg company without using chickens.”

Yo! Egg aims to have their whole egg alternatives on Los Angeles menus by the end of the year.
