Heinz launches Vegan Black Garlic Mayo in Time for Halloween

Heinz Black Garlic Mayo

Heinz has unveiled its very first (and very scary) black garlic mayo variety for a vampire-free Halloween.

Something spooky has been being magicked up in the Heinz kitchen for Halloween and it’s set to give us all chills this scary season. In a bid to give everyone a fan(g)tastic fright this Halloween, Heinz has unveiled its very first (and very scary) black garlic mayo.

Combining Heinz’s vegan mayonnaise with the rich, tangy and slightly sweet flavour of black garlic that’s guaranteed to terrify (and tingle) your tastebuds, Heinz Black Garlic Mayo is the perfect spooky sauce for all your Halloween foodie treats, and tricks.

Katharina Kern, Brand Manager at Heinz, said: “We’re feeling extra spooky here at Heinz with the launch of our devilishly delicious [Scarily] Good Black Garlic Mayo and we can’t wait for our Heinz fans to experience a spooktacular new creation this Halloween. Our fang-tastic new Black Garlic Mayo is so good, even vampires can’t resist it!”. The new flavour has no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Heinz [Scarily] Good Black Garlic Mayo, £2.00 (RRP), is available from selected ASDA stores for a limited time only.

AN EXTRA FRIGHT

And to give the world’s biggest Heinz Mayo fans another chance to get their fangs into the new scary variety, Heinz has opened a very special – and extra spooky – pop-up Black Garlic Mayo shop in Romania, home to Transylvania and the most famous vampire of them all, Count Dracula.

Set in the Boldu-Creteasca forest, the shop will be open for one day only – Halloween itself (opening at midnight on 31st October). The shop will highlight that Heinz’s new Black Garlic Mayo is so good, that even the vampires of Romania can’t resist it.
