Kidney Bean Hummus

A tasty variation of this favourite dip.

In the picture it is served with our delicious Avocado and Smoked Tofu Salad.

Ingredients: 

1 tin kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp light tahini paste
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsbp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil or mix with seed oil such as flax
Salt & pepper to taste

You can substitute the kidney beans for any type of tinned bean or pea.

Method: 

1. Put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Adjust the texture by adding a bit of water if you wish.
